The Indian Institute of Geomagnetism (IIG) Set up in 1826, where the first regular magnetic observatory in the country was established in 1841 and engaged in basic and applied research in Geomagnetism and allied areas of Atmospheric and Space Physics, and Plasma Physics. Indian Institute of Geomagnetism, Navi Mumbai, is looking for a suitable candidate for the temporary postof Trainee Engineer at its Regional Centre at Allhabad.

Name of the Post : Trainee Engineer (1 post)

Emoluments : Rs.12,000/- p.m. (consolidated)

 Qualification / Experience : B.E. degree in Electronics or Instrumentation.

 Maximum age : 35 years

 Place of posting : Dr. KSK Geomagnetic Research Laboratory,Indian Institute of Geomagnetism,Leelapur Road, Near Chamanganj (Kanihar),Jhusi, Allahabad 221 505.

 Duration : One year.
